Russell understands the challenges business owners face when deploying an online solution. His ability to work with clients in understanding their revenue model, customer acquisition tactics, lifetime values, product development and continuity programs are key components to delivering solutions that return results for our clients.

Kelly - Strategy & Development

Kelly works with clients at a foundational level to develop engagement, retention and activation strategies for growth.   In her words she 'does stuff'. Our clients think its great stuff !

Matthew Moon - Operations Manager

Having worked in Australia and the United Kingdom for 15 years in the banking and finance industry, Matthew brings a range of skills to OMC from areas such as management, operations and client support. As OMC's operations manager, he understands the need to manage projects within timelines and budgets and has a strong belief in high levels of customer service.

Emma Boyle - Project Manager

A University of the Sunshine Coast graduate in Marketing, Emma manages all things project wise at OMC. If you want a new website, chances are Emma will make it happen. She also assists in Marketing and Communications Strategies for clients. Having worked in the customer service industry for several years, Emma enjoys maintaining positive relationships with clients and doesn't mind a bottle of wine on the completion of a project!

Jordie Smyth - Client Services

A master of all trades, Jordie is OMC's go to girl. Whatever it is that needs doing, Jordie can either do it or get it organised to be done asap! With vast experience with Business Catalyst she is the monthly service coordinator for clients as well as managing some projects and helping with marketing and communications. Jordie's positive attitude is contagious and she always brings a smile to everyone who comes into the OMC office.

Katherine - Accounts and Finance

Kathryn is our latest recruit to the OMC team. Her role is to look after all our accounting processes and the financial control of our business. Not only is she smart.......she also has that special energy that when she walks in a room you instantly feel calm and serene.

Laura Eddy - Online Solutions Developer & Designer

Laura brings her fine design eye to OMC and implements her designs into beautifully functioning websites. Her attention to detail and ability to connect with clients and understand their business comes through into her work. Laura's Gen Y persona allows us to stay up to date with the latest technology and ensure we are using the best technology for all of our clients.
